Registered Guests

LA PensionTel is for the enjoyment of registered guests only. Non-registered guests are allowed on the property only with prior approval from the front desk staff or management. This privilege is not guaranteed and all unregistered guests who are given permission to visit must leave and remain off property during the hotel’s quiet hours which are from 11pm to 7am. Violation of occupancy policies is grounds for immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.


There is no charge for the younger one than 2year-old child. But Guests should pay for over the 2 year-old child.

Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking Apartment. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vaping and other forms of smoking. Smoking in an undesignated area anywhere else on the Apartment property is subject to a $300 penalty.

Check-out and check-in

Checkout is at 11am. If you require a later checkout, please contact the manager before 10am on the day of departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We are limited to the number of late checkout we can issue due to other bookings. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. All guests checking out will have a 15 minutes grace period. Guests who linger past their grace period are subject to a late checkout penalty of $50.00 every an hour. Guests can check in after 2 PM.


Guests are responsible for Apartment property and amenities. Guests will be charged with replacement or repair of damaged Apartment property or rooms. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss of personal items due to any cause. By signing below you are releasing LA PensionTel of any responsibility or liability claims. We at LA PensionTel reserve the right to refuse service and to evict any guests without refund.

Pet Policy

All pets are prohibited on the property. A penalty of $300.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered on the premises. Service animals are allowed as California and federal law permits. Service dog owners are required to fill out and sign our Service Dog Owner’s Code. ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed.

Safe Deposit Box

Apartment guests will be held responsible for any loss or damaged caused for themselves as well as their guests. Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables such as money, electronics or jewelry in the rooms.
